Akki felt that if he declared his relationship with Raveena, he may lose his female fan following in his career may go haywire. Gradually, Akshay moved over Raveena and went on to have a relationship with Shilpa Shetty.
But things went kaput with Shilpa too when she figured over somehow that while dating her, Akshay Kumar was also seeing Twinkle Khanna on the side.
According to Shilpa’s friend Shilpa was shattered when she realised that Akshay was two-timing her with Twinkle Khanna and they eventually broke up.
In an interview, Shilpa said “I never imagined that he could two-time me, and that too all along our relationship. Akshay Kumar used me and conveniently dropped me after he found someone else. I share a cordial friendship with Akshay Kumar now, and I’d like it to remain that way. There’s no animosity between us.”
